Ever since I picked up the leather zip card holder I featured in my last Saint Laurent post, it has completely replaced my bulky wallet, and I’ve been using it every singe day. It’s perfect for tucking away in the smallest of bags, it even fits neatly in my pocket on trips to the gym or anywhere where I don’t need my handbag. I’m honestly a little obsessed with mini-wallets and card holders now, which is why I had to go back for this monogrammed YSL version. As you can see, isn’t too much of a splurge price-wise, so you needn’t think I’m rolling in the dolla (I wish, haha!).

This YSL quilted card holder doesn’t have a zip, but it still has multiple card slots on the front and back, plus another little flap opening in the centre, which you can see above. I think this will be perfect for dressier occasions, or nights out when just need a few cards in my pocket and nothing more. So handy!

I decided to stick with Luisaviaroma again for this purchase, simply because I had such a good experience with them the first time. They have a brilliant selection of luxury card-holders (as well as regular wallets and handbags, too) and shipping that is fast and free. They’re a European brand too, so no sneaky customs charges either, I HATE those!

Overall I am so happy with my purchase, and I’d love to know what you guys think! Do you think Im bonkers for buying a second card holder? After my first purchase I got snapchats from some of you showing your own Saint Laurent cardolder purchases that were inspired by mine, which was SO cool to see. Find me by adding CiaraODoherty, I love chatting with you guys there.

If you’d like some more ideas, here are some other card-holder styles I really like, with prices ranging from €50 up:

Also, If you’re wondering why I’ve been making more investment purchases this year, then feel free to read my 2016 Wardrobe Detox post which explains it a bit more.

Hoping you’re all having a great weekend so far! I’m heading to Preen Hair and Beauty to get my hair done later which I’m really excited about. Stay tuned on Snapchat and Instagram for more updates.

Happy Shopping,

Love,

Ciara x

Oh my god you’ve me hooked on card holders! I only went and bought one last weekend in Melbourne, not an expensive one but quality brand; Colette Hayman, she’s fab. And of course a handbag and purse to go with it! The handiest thing I’ve ever bought!
