If you’ve been following this blog for a while then you’ll know that when it comes to shopping, I’m pretty thrifty. Like everyone I love a good shopping spree, but I think it’s important to save the bulk of your money for real life experiences, like holidays, concerts, and other adventures, and it’s important to be frugal with fashion when you can.
I love finding a good bargains online, and sharing it with my readers, so I have decided to start a little “Online Bargain” series, where I share my favourite fashionable finds, designer dupes, and sale picks. I’ll also share any discount codes and offers that I come across. I hope you guys enjoy this series, I think it’s going to be a fun one!
The ASOS sale is also in full swing, and I’ve noticed they have so many gorgeous coats and jackets reduced. One of my thrifty tips is to always pick up your new winter coat during the summer sales, as by the time A/W season hits, all the new stock will be full price. Sure, if you have your heart set on a new-season style then it makes sense to wait, but I find that outerwear doesn’t change that much from season-to-season, and living in Ireland you’ll need something practical as well as fashionable. I’ve chosen some of my favourites and linked them in the widget below. Just click on the images to be taken to the site to see the price reduction:
I also found myself looking at the skirt section of the sale, as it’s really good this season! I had actually been lusting after all of these styles full-price, so it’s great to see them reduced so much. Any of these styles can easily be paired with black tights and still look good, so you can easily wear them into the A/W season.
For my final feature in this Online Bargain’s edition, I’ve got something special for you guys! Everyone and their mother have been lusting after the new Chloe bags, particularly the Faye and Drew styles, each of which cost about the same as three months rent. I absolutely love the style of these bags, and so I was delighted to find very convincing dupes online! These styles are perfectly legal as they are not “fakes”, because they don’t claim to be real Chloe bags, they are just heavily inspired by them, like a lot of highstreet brands do. I have seen a few of the UK fashion bloggers rocking these Chloe dupes recently, and they have convinced me to give them a whirl! I ordered this Faye Dupe in tan, and also this Drew dupe in black. Can you believe the price?! I also love this grey shoulder style, but I think I have enough for now.

I hope you enjoyed this new “Online Bargains” series, and do let me know if this is something you’d like to see more of on the blog!
