The amazing weather we have been having here in Ireland is a welcome change from our usual wash-out Summers, although with this unexpected heat-wave comes a lot of well, heat. Its important to keep cool and comfortable in the hot weather, and I don’t think that we Irish are quite used to that. These dungarees (or overalls, if you like) from Siren London
are an absolute godsend in the hot weather. The super light material is perfect for keeping cool and airy, and gives just the right amount of tomboy vibes to your look.
I decided to style up these dungarees with a peach tube top, which is actually a sample that was sent to me by the lovely Lottie from American Apparel
Dublin. It’s not something I would wear on its own, but I think its perfect teamed with the Dungarees, it shows just enough skin, without revealing too much. Still, its probably more flesh than I’ve ever shown on the blog, say hello to my freckles everyone! They’re all over my back and arms, I used to dislike them, but now I love ’em!
Now I’m pretty sure that a dungaree/tube-top combo doesn’t need much else to stand out, so I decided to stick with my trusty converse (which I should really throw in the wash-sorry!) and a backwards snapback for good measure. Im loving backwards caps right now, I know the look is not to everyone’s taste, but I really like it, and this white number only cost me €4 from Penneys, so you can’t really go wrong eh?
Finally, it looks like I have gotten back into the swing of outfit posts since my move, which I am so delighted about, as I have a lot of bits and pieces that I cannot wait to show you guys. Stay tuned for lots more outfit posts coming your way, including a fresh batch of bargains for my next eBay Shopping guide,
which Im working on right now!
Ps: I have decided that when I use a song for the title of my outfit post, I may aswel feature the song itself, incase anyone want’s to have a listen! Here’s today’s instalment:
