I don’t know about you guys, but I am SO ready for Spring Summer, and I cannot WAIT to see the back of these gloomy winter days! Thankfully February is just around the corner, and one of my favourite things about this time of the year is getting the chance to check out all the new season trends, and adopting some favourites into my wardrobe for the months ahead.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be highlighting some of my favourite trends for the coming months on the blog, as well as sharing some outfit inspiration, and my top picks to nail these trend of course! So first up, we have all things khaki! Spotted at Marc Jacobs, Rodarte, and Ralph Lauren, this military colour is a shade I am really loving for Spring/Summer!
This neutral shade is a surprisingly easy one to work into your wardrobe over the next few months. Start with a simple utility shirt, and wear open over a white tee to layer while it’s still chilly, I picked up one on ASOS recently, and they’re so versatile! Easy to layer shirts like these are wardrobe staples for sure. I also have my eye on a gorgeous army green jumpsuit, to wear with strappy sandals layered gold jewellery, as well as a cosy khaki knit for cool summer evenings.
