OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAMy final post from Paris, and then I’ll stop harping on about it, promise! Truth is, bar what you might see on those carefully-curated instagram photos, I think travel is always stressful in some way or another, and it’s so important to make things as easy for yourself as possible. So when it comes to packing for trips like these where I know there will be lots of walking involved, I always plan my footwear accordingly. No one want’s to be limping around a beautiful city like Paris wearing uncomfortable heels or ill-fitting flats. It’s not cute!

You may remember I worked with Timberland a few months back on a style diary featuring their classic hiking boot, and so I was excited to work with them again on this trip to Paris, but this time with a more modern style. I chose their Glancy 6-Inch Boot, and boy, these are some comfy shoes. Sturdy, and chic is a combination you rarely get in footwear, so I was delighted at how well these boot’s looked with my usual uniform of skinnies, cosy jumpers, and my trusty biker jacket. But you be the judge. What do you think?

For these photos I wanted somewhere in Paris with views of the Eiffel Tower, and my blogger pal Audrey (her blog is fantastic, definitely check it out) who lived in Paris suggested Pont de Bir-Hakeim, so thank you for the wonderful tip Audrey!

Oh and if you haven’t waitched my Paris Travel Vlog yet, be sure and check it out below:
