Gosh, It feels like forever since I’ve featured a Style Diary on the blog! The past few weeks have been hectic to say the least, I was involved in a presenter search for an online channel, which spanned over a month or so, but all the hard work was worth it in the end, as I WON! Some of you may have spotted it on my pages already, but I am delighted to announce that I am the newest face of Shemazing TV, and I will be joining their team to work with them on some fun projects, both in front of and behind the camera. I cannot tell you guys how excited I am about this opportunity, and much like my FashionOne internship before, I have decided to do a series of diary-style blog posts documenting my adventures with the channel. So stay tuned for the first one coming soon!

Now, let’s talk about the outfit. When the lovely Dominika from Fashion Philosophy contacted me last week to see if I wanted to collaborate on some outfit posts, I jumped at the chance of course! We shot this look in the gorgeous surroundings of the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, and I just love how they turned out, Dominika really has such a great eye. I’ve been really into tailored pieces recently, and these high-waisted trousers from River Island are the perfect mix of masculine, cut with just enough elegance. I rooted out this white blazer from the depths of my wardrobe to pair with them, and I have a feeling I will be wearing it a lot more in the summer months ahead. A good pair of tailored trousers and a smart white blazer are such key pieces in any wardrobe, invest in them wisely and they will work with so many different looks. I tried to inject a little personality with my accessories, and I think these bright pink heels from Penneys do just that. I also included some of my fail-safe gold jewellery to finish it off, you really cant go wrong with a bit of gold detailing!

I hope you’re all having  a great weekend so far, I’m heading out to an engagement party with some friends this evening, which I’m very excited about. Now that I’m finally getting back into the swing of things after the past few weeks of the competition, I have lots of new posts lined up for you all, so be sure to keep an eye out for those!

Happy Saturday,

Ciara x
