Judging by my usual outfits, this is a very understated look for me. No pops of colour, no off-beat details, is this a sign that I am finally growing up? Unlikely, but it’s fun to try out a new look every once in a while, right?! This knitted cape is unbelievably cosy, it’s made from Merino wool, which is extremely soft and also non-synthetic, perfect for beating the Winter chill which is starting to set in here in Dublin. This is my second Style Diary featuring knitwear from the SweaterShop, you can see my first feature here. It’s so important to have a few good quality knitwear staples in your wardrobe, and SweaterShop is perfect for just that. I definitely recommend checking them out before you fork out twice the amount for a synthetic wool piece from the highstreet!
I hope you’ve all had a great start to the week! I’ve been spending my day catching up on emails, opening some lovely packages from the postman, and sorting through clothes to continue the last leg of my ongoing wardrobe clearout. I’ve gotten rid of SO much already, but there’s still lots of work to be done. I won’t stop until my wardrobe and room is completely clutter-free!
