TREND REPORT:
Maybe it’s because I’m running around so much more here in Dublin, or maybe it’s the weather, but I’ve got my sights set on some more sensible (i.e. ~ not heeled!) footwear right now, and a pair of slick trainers are first on my list! Given the Sports Luxe Trend is still as big as ever, its no surprise that athletic footwear is having a big moment right now. This is one trend that I personally cannot WAIT to get involved in, as anything that combines comfortable footwear with style is a winner in my book.
If you do decide to jump on the bandwagon, then be fearless! Pick the loudest, brightest pair you like, and team them with your favourite rolled-up jeans and tee for a casual look, or dress them up with an all black ensemble and let them be the centre of attention. Don’t be afraid to channel your inner 90’s kid, cause with this trend, anything goes!
