February Wishlist & What I bought this month

February Wishlist & What I bought this month

Welcome to a brand new series here on the blog, a monthly roundup of what I’ve been buying, and what I’m currently lusting after. I do so many shopping hauls and styling videos over on my Youtube channel, but I wanted to do a more timely roundup of my latest purchases as they’re happening, to give you guys the opportunity to shop my faves before they sell out.

So, let’s get started, here is a roundup of some of the new pieces I’ve ordered for my Spring/Summer wardrobe:

Shopbop:

Shopbop are great for investment pieces, they have a wonderful selection of high end designers and affordable brands, and their shipping from the US is seriously fast, I’m talking 1-2 days for delivery here. This month I picked up this gorgeous Bixton red baker boy cap (which has barely left my head since it arrived) and this insanely cosy Free People teddy coat (now sold out, similar here) which has been keeping me alive during the current snow-storm here in Ireland.

Shopbop are currently holding a big sale which just kicked off today, they’re offering up to 25% off purchases, so if you’ve had your eye on anything on the site, now is the time to snap it up! It even works on their vintage Chanel selection, which you’d usually never get a discount on. Some of my personal favourites from Shopbop have been my Opening Ceremony bomber, my Kendall + Kylie ankle boots (my favourite ankle boots EVER) and my Levis denim, I get all my jeans from there!

New Look:

The sole reason for my New Look order was this gorgeous trench. I have been trying to find the perfect trenchcoat for my spring summer wardrobe, and I was finally sold on this style and it’s affordable price. I predict it will sell out very soon, so if you like it also, act fast. I also picked up some cute and cosy-looking jumpers from their sale section, I couldn’t believe the prices. Given the current chill we’re experiencing here in Ireland, I don’t think I’ll be packing away my knitwear anytime soon, so I’m sure these will get worn lots in the coming weeks:

Shein:

One of my favourite websites for affordable fashion, Shein is a treasure trove of cheap-and-cheerful finds. I particularly love their teeshirts, so I went on a bit of a splurge and picked up a few new styles for summertime –  okay more than a few, see the widget below for all the bits I piked up. I also love their hat section, and I stocked up on some new baker boy styles (you’ll nearly always find me wearing one these days!) and a few new pairs of sunlgasses also. The prices almost seem too good to be true, but I can honestly attest to their quality, I’ve purchased many times and always check back in every season for some affordable fashion finds. View and shop my picks below:

Mango:

Mango is, without a doubt my latest fashion obsession. I spoke about this on my insta-stories recently, but I feel like they have completely usurped Zara’s highstreet throne. They’re affordable, great quality, and stylish without being too “trendy” which means you can wear them season after season. I nabbed a few pieces from their amazing sale (which is still running!) but I will definitely be placing another order next month with a few key pieces from their new season line – see my wishlist below for more on that. Yestyle:

If you’ve watched any of my “Designer Dupe” bag videos on my Youtube channel, you’ll have heard me mention Yestyle before, they’re my number 1 spot for great quality, designer inspired handbags and they’re super affordable, with most bags being under €30. I’ve never been sponsored or gifted anything by this brand, I just stumbled across them a few years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since! I even tried out their clothing a few seasons ago and placed a big order of things to try out – needless to say their clothing is not on par with their handbags – it was a huge fail. Stick to their bags. Anyhow, I picked up three new styles which I am so excited about, especially this amazing looking belt bag, it’s one of the nicest ones I’ve seen anywhere online, I cannot wait for it to arrive! See my choices below:

ASOS:

As soon as ASOS launched their premier next day delivery service in Ireland (a year of free next day delivery for under €20) I knew this was going to be a problem for my bank balance, and sure enough, I have placed a few orders since. The delivery is indeed, next day, and I used it as the perfect excuse to stock up on some more hats for the next few months of chilly weather. I also found the perfect everyday belt for under €15, so I can finally give my Gucci one a rest…. for now! Here’s what I ordered:

Public Desire:

One of my favourite spots for affordable and on-trend footwear, public desire always has something that catches my eye. The brand kindly let me choose a few pairs every now and then, and I chose these gorgeous green ankle boots and these red patent ankle boots to style up in the coming months. Here’s what I chose:

Fashion is a popular aesthetic in a certain time and context, especially in clothing and you truly have a good taste of fashion and style selection. I’m a jewelry lover and I’ll definitely try this look with my Nose Piercing Jewelry in the first place. Thanks.
