The weather has been making it very difficult for me to shoot full Style Diaries for you guys recently, I thought I would get creative and do something different instead. This is the first of my “Insta-Outfit” series, which looks at some of my everyday looks, from press events, to date nights, and everything in between. The photo quality might not be as good, and unfortunately there are no detail-photos, but hopefully it will still give you guys an idea of what I’m wearing day-to-day, and maybe give you some outfit inspiration for this tricky trans-seasonal weather we’re having! So, let’s begin.

I wore this all-black, tailored look to a fashion event recently, and I absolutely love the style and fit of these wide leg trousers. They are so comfortable, plus I think they look super chic teamed with these black and gold heels. I will be getting a lot more wear our of these this season for sure, so prepare to see more of them! They’re a bit of a bargain also, I ordered the size L, which feels like a roomy UK10, depending on how high or low you want them to sit on your hips. They also have belt loops to ensure a better fit, which is great!

Another recent outfit for a press event last week, this layered look kept me warm and snug all day long. This denim dress has been worn so much since it arrived, I cannot wait to style it up in the warmer weather with bare legs and sandals. I also have worn this faux fur gilet so many times this winter (see here), and Im not ready to retire it to the back of my wardrobe just yet! Layers are key for keeping warm in this chilly-yet-changable weather, as you can always ditch a few if the sun comes out!

I wore this casual outfit on a day off last week, when I wanted something comfy and cosy, but still cute. This printed babydoll dress from Romwe is another bargain buy that I have been wearing a lot recently. I bought it in a size L, but the sizing is so loose that it could fit a UK 8-12 I think. Its SO comfy, I really want to pick up a few more dresses in this style for summertime. This oversized cardigan was the perfect piece to throw over it, I have so few cardigans in my wardrobe, I think I need to invest in a few more.
