A simple blazer is quite probably my favourite Summer jacket. They’re the perfect light layer to smarten up just about any outfit, from jeans n’ tees, to a pretty summer dress. There’s not many outfits I wouldn’t wear a blazer with, to be fair. This summer season however, they’re even more wearable, with gorgeous linen fabrics and boxy, masculine silhouettes which are my absolute favourite!
I picked up a Prince of Wales check style in Mango at the beginning of Spring, and it’s been worn non-stop ever since. I have my sights set on a linen blazer (which can run a little more expensive) but I also found this great linen alternative on New look for such a bargain, which you’ll be seeing on the blog very soon. I love how they look with simple denim jeans and skirts, but they also look gorgeous paired with smart chinos and a cosy pol0-neck, check out some of the inspo I found on Pinterest below:
