This is just a quick Style Diary to show you guys my new favourite cosy knit for Autumn, and to tell you about an exciting event that I’m hosting tomorrow. Given that October is finally here (yay!) now we can really say hello to Autumn, and start embracing our cosy knits and favourite sweaters again, which I am very excited about! This cable knit wonder from the SweaterShop is the ultimate cosy knit. It’s with 100% Merino wool which is extremely soft (not itchy!) and it feel’s like such a great quality piece, that I know will stand the test of time in my wardrobe. To celebrate their AW showcase, the SweaterShop are offering a 20% discount on their website this week, just use the code ARANSWEATER at the checkout to avail.
The SweaterShop approached me recently to get involved in their upcoming AW showcase event in Dublin, and seen as it’s such a fantastic Irish-owned brand (with some amazing knitwear pieces) I of course jumped at the opportunity! I got the chance to style some of their gorgeous new season stock into a few Style Diaries for the blog, so stay tuned for more of those coming soon! I am also delighted to say that I will be hosting their showcase event tomorrow evening in the Powerscourt showroom. Im really excited to host this event and showcase the brands new season pieces to the Irish fashion-pack, I think it’s going to be a really fun event. There’s going to be a fabulous fashion show on the night, styled by the lovely Justine King, who I have had so much fun working with over the past few weeks. I’ll also be taking over the official SweaterShop instagram account for the day, so be sure to follow them on instagram to see some of my behind-the-scenes snaps throughout the day!
Finally, how lovely are these photos taken by Essya Delyde photography? Myself and Agnes met up recently to collaborate on some photography projects, and I’ve really been enjoying working with her. Not only is she a total pro behind the lens, but she’s also a sweetheart to boot, with a keen eye for fashion! I love working with new photographers on my blog, and Im sure this will be another very fun collaboration. Stay tuned for more!
Happy Shopping,
