Style Diary: Indian Summer

My new favourite pair, these Adidas Originals have barely left my feet these past two weeks.

 

This weather you guys, it’s incredible! I’m loving the bright mornings and the warm evening sunshine, I’ve been walking everywhere rather than getting buses and taxis, in an attempt to soak up the very last of that sweet summer sunshine.

Because of all this walking, I’ve been wearing runners non-stop, and these Adidas Originals have barely left my feet since they arrived from ASOS two weeks ago. Not only do they feel like clouds on your feet, but they look pretty slick with just about every outfit. I’ve worn them with jeans, jumper dresses, and most recently, this distressed denim skirt. I kind of like how they make the whole outfit look a bit more casual, don’t you think? I’ve also been living in my new suede-effect biker jacket, it’s so soft and perfect as a light layer in the evenings, I’m tempted to get it in the tan or brown colour too.

Myself and Yoseph shot this look while wandering around Portebello in Dublin in the sunshine, drinking coffee and looking at all the cute houses. Such a beautiful part of the City, I’d absolutely love to live here someday.

Hoping you’ve all had a great week guys, I’m so happy the weekend is finally here! I have my radio show tomorrow at 4pm on RTE’s 2XM, and then I’m heading out to a special screening of Paris is Burning in the Sugar Club with some friends, and then afterwards there’ll be a NYC Disco Party… I can’t wait!
