I cant believe I haven’t featured these mules in a Style Diary before! I picked them up in Forever 21 a few months ago, and I also featured them in a Trend Report all about the Mule craze (which I’m loving). I think they look so chic teamed with these tailored pants and crisp white blazer, such a simple combination. I’ve been spotting  some different mule styles at some of the AW Press events I’ve been attending recently, so it looks like they will still be sticking around for the coming season also ~ woohoo!

Tailored, clean outfits like this are a real favourite of mine right now, I find them so comfortable to wear, not to mention the pieces can be interchanged easily. Oh, the joys of monochrome! As I mentioned before, a white blazer is such a staple piece in your wardrobe, I have gotten so much wear out of mine! If you haven’t invested yet, then I highly recommend doing so post-haste! I have linked some of my current favourites in the handy widget above for you to check out, just click on the ones you like and it will take you straight to the product. I love this French Connection one, and this gorgeous longline style from YAS. This Moschino belt has featured in quite a few Stye Diaries before (see here and here) and it’s a little treasure of mine. It was a very sweet gift from my boyfriend, and although I’m not usually one for obvious branding on pieces, I think that it injects just the right amount of fun, without looking too tacky. Just be sure not to overdo it, like poor Rita Ora here!

I’m going to keep this post short and sweet as I am still recuperating after an amazing weekend down in Macroom, Cork at Mountain Dew Festival. Great music, good people and beautiful surroundings ~ it honestly was one of my favourite experiences of the Summer so far!

In other news, I have been working away on some fun projects that I am excited to reveal, so stay tuned for more info in the coming few days. One of them involves my Depop, so if you haven’t followed me on there yet then get on it! my username is @ciaraodoherty (same as my twitter and instagram ~ simples!)

Hoping you’re all having a great start to the week,

Ciara x
