“Life’s a party, dress like it!”
[line]I cannot tell you guys how excited I am that the party season is just around the corner! Its such a fun time of the year for fashion, when you can really get dressed up for all your festive night’s out. I have been working really hard over the past month or so (seriously, where has the time gone?!) and I am excited to do some much-needed celebrating over the next few weeks, bring it on!
You may not believe me, but I used to never, ever wear pink. I don’t know why, I guess I just felt it was too “girly” me. Well, things couldn’t be more different now, I absolutely love this colour! I picked up this gorgeous skirt on ASOS a few months ago on sale, I can’t believe I’m only getting around to sharing it on the blog now! Unfortunately this colour is sold out, but it’s still available in different shades here, here and here.
I hope you all have a great weekend! It will be a busy one for me, I have some meet-ups on Saturday, lots of blogging to catch up on, and I’m also taking part in a charity improv comedy show in aid of Crumlin children’s hospital on Sunday, with a group of well-known Irish faces. It’s something COMPLETELY different for me (I must say I’m a little nervous about performing in front of a live audience!) but I’m a firm believer in taking risks and getting out of your comfort zone, plus its for a really great cause! Killer skirt. I never used to wear pink either but now I love the color!
