It’s so important to have at least one piece in your wardrobe that gives you that luxe feel.
–
…It doesn’t need to cost the earth, it just needs to make you feel that bit more luxurious each and every time you wear it. For me, this Alberta faux fur gilet from Reiss is one of those things. Incredibly warm, and so soft to touch, this is the only gilet I need this season. It’s a bit of an investment, but I know this is something that will be in my wardrobe for life.
Shop the look:
Gilet: Reiss (similar) | Turtle Neck: Uniqlo | Trousers: Zara (similar) | Ankle Boots: ASOS (also come in black) | Bag: Reiss (similar)

I feel like I’m sticking to a bit of a uniform this winter. Leather trousers, ankle boots, and faux fur. It always keeps me warm and I think it looks pretty good, so why break a bad habit eh? The Irish weather has definitely taken a turn for the worse this week, and the wind and rain has not let up since Monday! A good polo-neck is another great way to stay cosy during the winter, I picked up this grey polo-neck on Uniqlo recently for about €25, along with another black version, and they’re now on constant rotation in my wardrobe.
I’m still living in my ASOS khaki ankle boots, no surprise there guys, haha! If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check out my latest post, which looks at a selection of my favourite ankle boots available online, all under €100! There are some really great ones in there.

I decided to put together another little video clip (you may remember in my last Style Diary I did something similar) showing you guys how the clothes move, I think it’s a fun way of using some of the photographs I shot with Yoseph.
Wishing you all a great weekend guys, I’m so glad Friday is here! I’m heading home to Galway tomorrow as I’ll be speaking among a panel of industry experts at a special ‘Blogging for Business’ event the ITWBN are hosting on Sunday, and I’m so excited! If you’ll be in Galway on Sunday and are interested in growing your blog into a business, then be sure to come along, I’d love to see you! You can find more information and purchase tickets here.
Happy Shopping,
