It’s that time of the year again guys, Electric Picnic is here! I’m so excited to be going with Sure this year, a brand I’ve used and loved for years. I was only writing my essential festival checklist this morning (makeup-remover wipes, deodorant, dry shampoo, etc) just before a lovely little package from Sure arrived, which had all my festival must-haves already inside. So handy!
I’ll also be packing my Instax camera and my Olympus pen camera (read my review here) to get some fun photos of the weekend, and myself and Yoseph are also going to try out a GoPro camera for the first time! We picked it up from ARGOS (they have a great selection) and we’re really excited to see what kind of footage we can get with it over the weekend. GoPro videos are something we’ve wanted to try out for ages, and a festival like Electric Picnic seems like the best place to start.
As for outfits, I did a bit of last-minute browsing and picked out some fun pieces from Boohoo, they’re so great for festival bits on a budget. I’m can’t wait to prance around in this lace trim co-ord set, as well as this off the shoulder top, I love those huge sleeves! Footwear is always a tricky one for festivals, so I’ve opted for these tan timberland-esque boots, which are comfy and sturdy, yet still cute. The weather is promised good so here’s hoping that proves true, for my outfits sake at least. Of course I’m also packing a raincoat and warmer clothes in case it does rain, but I’m hoping I won’t need them.
Sunglasses are an absolute festival essential, and I’m packing a few pairs from my newly-launched sunglasses shop on Depop. I only launched it on Sunday and already I’ve had such a great response from you guys, they’re selling out fast! I’m packing this Dior-inspired pair and this Kylie Jenner-esque pair, I can’t wait to wear them in the sunshine.
