In the past few years, the thigh-high boot has over come any fashion taboo, to become a staple piece in our wardrobes… or in mine at least!

Over-the-knee boots can sometimes be tricky to style, and my advice is to dress them down with casual separates, for a chic, everyday look. These ‘whisper’ style from Kurt Geiger are not only comfortable, but the cut on the leg is just tight enough so they don’t sag down your leg while you walk, which is one of my pet-peeves when it comes to thigh-highs. I would also love to style these with an oversized jumper dress for a cosy winter look, or with a pair jeans and a longline blazer. Call me crazy, but I was going to attempt going bare-legged for this shoot, until the December weather proved too chilly. Nothing a pair of low-denier tights couldn’t fix thankfully!
