Models Laura, Ursula and Aoife from Andrea Roche Agency
Some of you may have spotted on my social channels already, but I had my second slot with Ireland AM earlier this week, with the Zipyard. The Zipyard are a specialist clothing alterations boutique with branches all over the country, and in this segment we wanted to showcase their re-styling service, so myself and Alba (from the Zipyard) put together six looks from the highstreet, featuring garments restyled by the Zipyard’s in-house seamstresses. I started working with the Zipyard last year when they altered and re-styled some coats for me (see here and here) and I honestly can’t recommend them enough, they are amazing to work with!
Myself and Alba had so much fun putting the looks together, and the slot itself ran without a hitch. The models (Ursula, Laura and Aoife) from Andrea Roche agency looked incredible in the clothes, they are such professionals. You may remember from my post about my first Ireland AM slot that I was a bit nervous beforehand (it is LIVE tv after all) but the second time round I was much less nervous, so I got to enjoy it even more. Afterwards, I was delighted to get great feedback about the slot from the TV3 team, and I’ll be doing one slot per month with Ireland AM from now on, which is a big step for me work-wise, and I couldn’t be happier.
If you haven’t seen the slot yet, you can check it out below, I’d love to know what you think!
What I wore:
