Given that we are in our last month of Summer (sob!) I thought it might be fun to look back on my most worn items this summer, the heroes of my wardrobe if you will! These are items I have gotten so much wear out of and would strongly recommend!
BIKER SHORTS:
This is the summer I fell in love with biker shorts, and I don’t think I will ever look back! So perfect for travel, chilling at home, the gym – you name it! The great thing is that they look super trendy and are easy to style into so many looks – whether you’re dressing them up or down. Here are some of my most worn ones below:

BAGS:
My versatile mini-clutch:
I bought this Gucci mini clutch just over a year ago but it was such a good purchase, I’ve had to include it in this summer’s roundup. It comes with me on every trip away, it switches into a belt bag easily, great for holding your passport and phone at the airport, and works as the perfect evening bag for dinners, events and nights out. It fits just the right amount and can be worn so many different ways. I adoreeeee this bag and can’t recommend it enough!
My investment purchase:
The Saint Laurent Baby Sac Du Jour which I have lusted after for oh, about 5 years now, was a very special present to myself for my 30th birthday in July. You have to mark those big occasions, right?! It was definitely a hefty price tag, but with how much I have been using this bag I am surely well on my way to getting my cost per wear at this point!
DENIM:
A summertime staple of mine, demin the the ultimate fail-safe in the warmer months. It’s perfect as a light layer in the daytime/ cooler evenings, and I always pack a denim jacket when I am pacing for a city break. . These are the two I have in my wardrobe:

Both brands are affordable and great quality, and they do a great selection of dainty earrings and jewellery. I have so many Shashi earrings at this point, they never disappoint!
SHOES:
My go-to barely there heels for summer:
Super comfortable and studry to walk in, I was so impressed when I got these in the Rose Gold (half price on sale, mind you!) that I’ve gone back for the black, the bright orange, and the charcoal shimmer shade. I packed one or two pairs of these for evey trip away, and I’ve worn them to so many events and occasions this summer so far.

In one of my recent blog posts I talked about the popular chunky trainer trend and how it’s taken over this summer. Well it’s no surprise that I have been living in my three favourite pairs of chunky trainers, they look good with almost every outfit, and it’s such a bonus that they are so comfortable too!
